Custom Ticketing Application

As an SWS Advanced Support customer you would recieve a bespoke ticketing application to request new features or edit existing ones for all your current projects. Feature requests would be raised by you and implemented by your dedicated developer team. The application gives you transparency on current tasks as well as a backlog.

Round the Clock Technical Support

As an SWS Advanced Support customer you would recieve round the clock IT support form our team of developers with four hours a month dedicated to your needs. Any support beyond these hours is billed at £75 and is handled as a priority.

Four Hours Developer Time

As an SWS Advanced Support customer you would recieve four hours of developer time assigned to your products each month. Each month our developers will create new requested features or optimise ones you have already. If no requests are made, work will be done off a backlog for improvements.

Please contact your account manger for cancellations or to freeze your package. Please note, we require 30 days written notice for this.
